Can I still use my insurance with a private pay therapist?

Yes, I am happy to provide superbills upon request from sessions paid for which the client can then submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Yes, I’m always happy to meet the client’s needs when it comes to support. Although weekly sessions is most common, sometimes it is helpful to meet multiple times per week when circumstances warrant, and sometimes it’s a good fit to meet biweekly or a couple times a month for maintenance sessions during more stable periods instead of terminating services completely.

Yes, I provide a sliding scale as needed if a client is experiencing financial hardship. A separate agreement is made during that time to be revisited after a specific time period.

It is always most important for the client to feel like they’re experiencing benefit from their therapy. I am always open to feedback on what you’d like different in how we conduct our sessions or the approach we use in your treatment. I’m also happy to provide referrals at any time for someone that might feel more suited to your needs or what you’re looking for with your situation.
